- Main tile rain drip animation

Content Changed:

- River colour matches ocean animation

- Waterfall animation was moved as this will be worked on

- A few of the plant timings and grow chances to be more in line with the general pace of the game

Bug Fixes:

- Rain and thunder audio were not playing correctly
